Native Rose by Kathy Rose

I know that I rarely do a fashion post, if I ever do one, but one of my TiVo'ed television shows about clothing design just ended which means there is now a gorgeous line out there that I'd just love to get my hands on (if only!).

Launch My Line on Bravo is a show that many people call the replacement of Project Runway, and as an avid Project Runway watcher I was a little skeptical about it at first. But, I stuck with it and am glad I did. The show is all about people trying to launch their lines (obviously) but these people are not just unknown designers, they are people have already found success in their current field and I guess are just looking for more of it. The winner of Launch My Line was Kathy Rose. Kathy Rose is a successful jewelry designer and on her way to being a successful clothing designer. Her clothing line is being sold exclusively on Ruelala.com, many people have raved about Kathy's fantastic prices and while I'm sure they're affordable for some people, they currently aren't for me. So for now here is some Native Rose (Kathy's name for her line) eye candy, for you and I both.

I love this kimono and let me tell you, those are words I never thought that I would say. It is chic, simplistic, and extremely eye catching.
I love the color of this dress, as well as the flowy feel of the bottom portion...and the braided back? GORGEOUS!
My favorite look of the collection! I'm not in love with the black, chunky wedges that are paired with it but I absolutely adore this light and airy yellow dress. Maybe I should start saving up my spare cash to purchase it...it just might be worth it!

Tina: I agree! The red would be even better in a longer dress.

Ange: I am so glad that you found my blog! Can't wait to hear more from you. :)
